David believes passionately in coaching as a modality to empower people to reach their own potential. He sees how coaching enables people to discover their values and then align themselves with a congruous life vision. He also enjoys using tools like, behavioural evaluations, to enable people to gain a greater self-awareness, which brings more wisdom and acceptance. He is able to help people grow in their emotional intelligence levels, which in turn, truly enhances their capacity for healthier interpersonal relationships.
David is a trainer in leadership and management skills. He has delivered training in: coaching skills, time management, team building, Conflict resolution, Communication, and project management. He has used experience-based learning techniques in his training as well as interactive workshop exercises to enhance engagement.
He has coached a number of general managers who have had over 100 staff under their direction, helping them to re-prioritise and set effective goals for themselves and their organisations. Feedback from them has been: clearer understanding of the gaps, better work-life balance, clearer focus, more effective time management, better strategic planning, and team cohesiveness.
Today David offers both executive coaching and life coaching with numerous testimonials supporting his effectiveness. He subcontracts to a number of larger organisations and has a life goal to enable people to reach their goals and enjoy the journey of life at the same time.
